Pobre individuo. Lo cogen preso por apropiarse de un camion repleto de comida para darle de comer a sus compueblanos en Pinar del Rio. Casos y cosas de la revolucion que no provee la alimentacion basica y por eso el pueblo se ve forzado a robar. Es importante señalar que la alimentacion deberia estar en manos de las empresas privadas pero NUNCA en manos de un dictador

by the way, my sister in law (who is black) is from Cuba and she would refute your assertations... I don't disagree that blacks are treated worse (if even possible ) than others in Cuba.
With that said, many blacks in Cuba are strong advocates of fidel and "la revolution". They see Miami as the racists. I am not agreeing with this, but the reality in Cuba is very different than you present. They would strongly disagree with you.
Think about it, if blacks were clearly "in slavery" in Cuba, why would they tend to support Fidel , with greater tendency, than other race/ethnic groups in Cuba?
Again, I am not trying to disagree, however, I must point out that there is more to the simple story of race relations in Cuba than you present here. If it were that simple, Fidel would not have lasted so long and many blacks would not be advocates of the revolution. They are duped, I agree, but still, not that simple.
Its obvious that you have never been to Cuba from your post. Don't get me wrong, I like this blog and its intentions. However, it is clear you don't know many REAL cubans or haven't been to cuba in many many years.

Actually most initial Castro supporters were "whites" (I personally don't think there were or are many "whites" in Cuba) in those days it was a popular creed that most "blacks' were batistianos since Batista was a mestiso.
